QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of the jewelry manufacturing process is very helpful
• Detail and task oriented. Good memory
• Office Assistant- Organized, good memory, methodical. Ability to oversee the fulfilling of jewelry orders and working with other office staff members
• The ability to accomplish tasks through numerous manufacturing steps

DAY to DAY:

• Interact with manufacturers
• Work with vendors, jewelers and office personnel to work through the process of processing the creation of jewelry orders .
• Phone contact with vendors, customers and problem solving
• Strong computer use.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
