Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Prep Teacher to join our team. As a Kindergarten Prep Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and providing a solid foundation for their education. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment for students
- Teach various subjects including language arts, math, science, and social studies
- Use effective teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions
- Provide early intervention support for students who may require additional assistance
- Organize and supervise physical education activities for students

Skills:
- Strong behavior management skills to create a positive classroom environment
- Knowledge of childcare best practices and ability to meet the needs of young learners
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Ability to educate and inspire young children in their early childhood development
- Familiarity with education administration processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

- Highschool diploma or GED

-All 4 state required Background Checks

-2 Years or more experience working with children

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
