**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for young learners.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth

- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration

- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment

- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their developmental needs

- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure continuity between home and school environments

- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and areas for improvement

**Skills:**

- Child welfare

- Curriculum development

- Classroom management

- Ability to educate and engage young children effectively

- Behavior management

- Knowledge of special education principles

- Background in early childhood education

- Experience in toddler care and preschool settings

- Familiarity with daycare operations

We are also looking for an Assistant Director who will assist the director in daily roles throughout the center. Making sure that the center is DHS ready and qualifies with STARS expectations.
