Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support to healthcare professionals in a hospital or medical setting. Your role will involve assisting with patient care, performing basic medical procedures, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
- Provide medical administrative support, such as maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards
- Assist with patient service activities, including answering phones, greeting patients, and providing information
- Perform basic life support procedures in emergency situations
- Administer medications under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Assist with coding and billing procedures as needed
- Utilize your knowledge of physiology and anatomy to provide accurate and effective patient care

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
