Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with kidney disease who require dialysis treatment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Duties:
- Perform venipuncture and initiate dialysis treatment according to established protocols
- Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes
- Assess patient condition and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, dialysis treatment, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the dialysis process

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in MA
- Minimum of [2] years of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care or dialysis setting
- Experience in ER, triage, diagnostic evaluation, acute care, hospice palliative medicine, infant care, catheterization, nursing home, or behavioral health is a plus
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
