Registered Nurse

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Shift: 4x12 days or nights

Contract: 13 weeks

Pay: $2794 gross (based on 48 hours/week)

Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization and Botulinum toxin treatment
- Provide catheter care and sterile processing as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide health coaching and support to promote patient well-being

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in KY
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Proficiency in performing patient assessments and developing care plans
- Experience with ER, catheter care, Botulinum toxin treatment, sterile processing, or medical office settings is preferred
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
