Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team. As a Registered Nurse - Dialysis, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with kidney disease who require dialysis treatment. Duties:
- Perform venipuncture and access management for dialysis treatment
- Administer medications and monitor patients' response to treatment
- Monitor vital signs and assess patients' overall condition during dialysis sessions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on kidney disease, dialysis procedures, and self-care techniques
- Utilize sonography skills to assess vascular access sites
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during the dialysis process
- Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to address the psychological needs of patients
- Coordinate laboratory tests and interpret results to ensure optimal patient care
- Assist with suturing and wound care as needed
- Conduct physical examinations to assess patients' health status

• 13 weeks
• 36 hrs wk= $2268 gross/wk
• Weekly Taxable =$1116 $31 hrly
• Weekly travel stipend: $1152 weekly

Requirements:

• BLS AHA
• Min 3 years recent dialysis experience
• Exp with chronic dialysis
• Exp with acute dialysis
