Job Requirements:

• PA or NP
• First Assistant in Surgery Certification
• CVOR Experience REQUIRED
• EVH Harvesting
• ICU Management
• Stepdown Management
• Office Visits
• Database Entry (i.e. STS)
• Open Radial Artery Harvest
• Endoscopic Radial Artery
• Willing to Train - ICU Procedures (Chest tube insertions, Central lines, etc.)
• PEDS experience not required
• We need a PA (or NP) that specifically has experience managing post-op cardiothoracic surgery patients in the ICU and telemetry floor.
• They also need operative experience in assisting the surgeon as well as radial artery and endoscopic vein harvesting skills. hemopro system for harvesting.
• Has clinician done any CABG w EV harvesting or valve replacements recently

Required Certifications:

• Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse with Acute Care Certification or first assistant certification
• They would need to have their RNFA if NP specialized certification in CVOR. CVOR First Assistant.
