Physical Therapist needed in YORK , PA

Contract : 6 weeks

shift : 8hrs Evenings

Pay :$ 52/hr

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve overall physical function. Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Provide manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote healing
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercises for at-home care
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Work with pediatric patients to address developmental delays or disabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in acute care or hospital settings is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping others and providing high-quality patient care

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
