Pay Details:

$40/hour blended rate

Pay Breakdown:

Weekly travel stipend: $26/hr

Weekly Taxable: $14/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care and support to ensure the highest level of comfort and well-being for our patients. Your role will involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care in various healthcare settings.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Provide wound care, including dressing changes and monitoring healing progress
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Follow sterile processing protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Provide behavioral health support to patients with mental health conditions
- Perform gastric lavage procedures when necessary
- Provide acute care services in emergency situations

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in [state]
- Minimum of [number] years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficient in sterile processing techniques
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Experience with gastric lavage procedures
- Familiarity with acute care protocols and emergency response procedures

- Experience in primary care settings
- Knowledge of Cerner electronic health record system
