LTC Night Shift for LPNs $45/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with patient assessments and document findings in medical records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care
- Perform basic medical procedures, such as specimen collection processing, IV insertion, and medical imaging
- Assist with wound care, including dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatment
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in [state]
- Proven experience as an LPN or in a similar healthcare role
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for documentation and coding purposes
