Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols
Requirement:
- Must have current MN license
- BLS AHA
