Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and assisting with various medical procedures. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes
- Assist with sterile processing and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide direct patient care in various settings such as acute care, primary care, and behavioral health
- Perform gastric lavage and other specialized procedures as required
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with laboratory testing and specimen collection
- Provide dementia care and support to patients and their families

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in [state]

- Proficient in sterile processing techniques
