4 12 hour days. 48 hours/week.

Youngsville PA. Must live over 50 miles away.

$45/hour blended rate. Weekly pay. $52/hour blended rate.

PA LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required.

1 year of LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) experience required.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient health conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist in patient assessments and care planning
- Provide wound care and dressing changes
- Educate patients and families on healthcare procedures and conditions
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems like Athenahealth
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed at all times
- Perform health coaching to promote wellness and disease prevention

Pay: $2,216.00 per week
