Bonus.

12 hour nights. 36 hours/week. Rotating weekends.

WV or compact LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required.

1 year of LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) experience required.

ASAP start for qualified LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel
- Assist with patient assessments and document patient information accurately
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide wound care, including dressing changes and monitoring healing progress
- Perform specimen collection, processing, and laboratory testing as required
- Assist with case management, including coordinating appointments and referrals
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks or Athenahealth
