LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) 13 Week Contract.

$45/hour blended rate. Bonus.

8 hour days. 40 hours/week. Rotating weekends.

Qualifications:
-WV or compact LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required.
-1 year of LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and family planning
- Collect patient health information and update medical records accurately
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, conditions, and self-care techniques
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
