Pay Details:

$28/hour blended rate

Pay Breakdown:

Weekly travel stipend: $17/hr

Weekly Taxable: $11/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and assistance to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Support infection control practices and maintain a clean environment
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Perform phlebotomy and assist with medication administration
- Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care

Experience:
- Experience in infectious disease care and hospital medicine preferred
- Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage
- Proficiency in senior care practices
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- Competency in using medical systems for documentation
- Skill in phlebotomy procedures
