Job Overview:

Duties:
- Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help patients with mobility by transferring them from beds to wheelchairs or assisting with walking
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide basic medical care, including wound care, suture care, and medication administration under the supervision of a nurse
- Assist in the implementation of memory care programs for patients with cognitive impairments
- Support patients with behavioral health needs by providing emotional support and maintaining a calm environment
- Follow proper aseptic techniques to prevent infections and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Experience in memory care, home care, ICU, or behavioral health settings is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
