Assistant General Manager

• Experience in creating targets and objectives to help the restaurant function smoothly and successfully
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure that guests can fully enjoy their visit to the restaurant
• Ability to manage and motivate employees to ensure they are satisfied with their workload, responsibilities, and work culture

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
• Manage and motivate employees to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
• Create targets and objectives to help the restaurant function smoothly and successfully
• Ensure that guests can fully enjoy their visit to the restaurant
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times
