The Genest Concrete Retail Manager will manage, forecast, and facilitate all of the day-to-day operations of our Windham retail store. In this role, you will develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, ensure customer needs are always met, and ensure service is always swift, efficient, and safe. Operationally, you will supervise, direct tasks to, and confirm the proper training & development of all our Associates. Daily tasks will include compiling/closing sale transactions, report sales and inventory status, and handle daily cash deposits. Our customer clientele includes local contractors, homeowners, and local landscaping & hardscaping businesses.

Competitive Annual Salary – Based on Experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday, and half-day Saturdays during busy season

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business or Landscaping desired

· Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory and managerial experience required

· Minimum of 1 year of customer service desired

· Relevant hardscape/masonry and building materials knowledge a definite plus
