Seeking a Sr. Developer - UI
Our client is on a journey to becoming the best IT organization in the airline industry, a journey of transformation. Responsibilities:

• Craft innovative and human-centered interactions across Delta's digital platforms
• Contribute to the enhancement of client's omnichannel digital design system
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all digital assets
• Help grow the enterprise design function, contributing to the development of playbooks and best practices
• Collaborate with product teams, fellow designers, and user researchers to develop intuitive interfaces
• Work alongside developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs

Requirements:

• 5 years of digital design experience
• A robust portfolio showcasing an understanding of design principles
• Proficiency in design systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
• Familiarity with user research and testing methodologies
• Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and design optimization
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks
• Expertise in responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Expertise in Agile methods and Design Thinking
• Effective communication skills
