What does this position offer?
The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will receive training in our systems to qualify candidates and have significant bonus potential based on the quality of those candidates. In addition, we offer one of the most aggressive commission structures in the industry, allocating 50% of the commission to business development efforts.
Growth Path And Compensation
Once fully trained and certified, BDRs can progress toward advanced sales, management, or closing roles. Our 6-12 month sales and leadership development curriculum will parallel your growth within the position and company.
