THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION

Pediatric Medical Technician Responsibilities:

• Obtaining patient information and updating health records.
• Recording patients' vitals.
• Making suggestions on workflow or system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the facility.
• Preparing patients for test such as urine catches and throat swabs.
• Assisting patients and their families into the examination rooms.
• Stocking and sterilizing examination rooms between patients.
• Assisting pediatric healthcare professionals to examine and treat distressed young patients.
• Performing other administrative duties related to the facility on request.

Pediatric Medical Technician Requirements:

• Good organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while remaining professional and calm.
• Ability to work with many diverse people.
• Strong level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of materials and information handled.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed and flexible.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Ability to perform functions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work at a high-volume level of accuracy.
• Availability to work some evening and rotating Saturdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
