The Director of Therapy Programming is responsible for oversight of contract therapy services provided in their assigned region. In this position the Director of Therapy Programming, will oversee that the overall delivery of therapeutic service programs meets the needs of the residents in the area they service. The Director of Therapy Programming will ensure that the delivery of care is running smoothly and is meeting the needs of each resident that receives care and ensures that the company's goals are consistently met and that the culture of the company remains a patient service and staff friendly place.
