Play a pivotal role in the achievement of meeting business objectives as the Collections Supervisor where you will lead a team of Billing and Collections Specialists with the goal to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). You will insure that that all billing/finance deadlines are met on time.

Position Highlights
*Report to Manager Non-Governmental Collections
*Manage, guide, coach and develop the Billing and Collection Specialist team.
*Perform activities associated with preparing, submitting, and achieving resolution on claims for payment using established policies and procedures
*Ensure claims/bills are produced according to payor and regulatory requirements to assure remittance at first pass.
*Resolve issues regarding payment for denied claims/bills, especially in the area of difficult collection cases and for nursing centers which have elevated DSO.
*Collaborate with leadership to identify the need for policies, procedures, and system changes to enhance efficiency.
