System Implementation Specialist (Starting salary $40K , Health benefits, and Potential Bonus)

Bravo Pit and Poker has emerged as one of the top Player Tracking systems on the market, and features a full software suite combined with proprietary hardware. This combination provides casino Table Games departments with the most accurate player tracking available, including game and dealer efficiency reporting.

Position Overview:

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and delivery of training offerings to GGS customers and employees on the proprietary products that make up the Bravo Pit and Poker Systems. The position will require basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Windows, Office), and ultimately the proprietary Bravo software. Development of custom courseware is required to meet the training demands of varying casino system implementations, staff levels, and ongoing education. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing all learning/training components, including the gathering of training requirements and implementing the optimal learning solution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, and Product Management to obtain information required to build and deploy Bravo system training components
• Intimate knowledge of the back-end and front-end capabilities and configurations for all Bravo software and hardware modules
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records for each session
• Deliver Training Programs/Modules based on training plan requirements and according to a client-driven schedule
• Maintain responsibility for a measurement/evaluation process to ensure that training programs deliver positive business results and return on investment
• Contribute to team planning for product implementation, training, and development schedules
• Extensive travel required, approximately 40-50%.
