Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan, from children to adults, as well as addiction medicine. There will be training and support in the field of addiction medicine. There will be a balance between both types of patient care.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Provide primary care services, including preventive care, health promotion, and disease management
- Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Requirements:
- Valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license in [state]
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and documentation
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and ability to make sound judgments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
