Job Summary:

The DatabaseAdministrator / Developer creates SQL logic and other objects of varyingcomplexity in support highly customized reports, data migrations, applicationsstored procedures, and production data issues troubleshooting and resolution.

Duties andResponsibilities:

·Designs, develops, builds, analyzes, evaluatesand installs database management systems to include database modeling anddesign, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation andconfiguration management.

·Uses data mapping, data mining and datatransformational analysis tools to design and develop databases.

·Determines data storage and optimum storagerequirements.

·Prepares system requirements, source analysisand process analyses and design throughout the databaseimplementation.

·Performs other related duties as assigned bythe Database team lead.

·Assist in the planning, analysis,documentation, design and development, and production support for a majorapplication and database.

·Support the team in analysis, design,development and testing of all required functionality iteratively, whileincrementally developing a complete solution.

·Work independently and efficiently with minimumsupervision, but also within a collaborative team environment.

·Perform problem analysis.

·Exhibit effective communications (verbal andwritten) are required to interface with customers and team members.

Requirements

MinimumQualifications/Experience:

·Minimum7 years of experience as a database administrator or developer DBA.

·Strongworking experience with Microsoft SQL Server (versions 2008, 2012, 2016, andabove) to include:

oSQL/T-SQL, stored procedures, functions,cursors, and triggers

oQuery performance optimization and SQLexceptions analysis

oSQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

oSQL Server Integrated Servers (SSIS)

oData migrations/ETL

oData normalization

·Familiaritywith database design and implementation.

·Demonstratedability to develop SQL logic and reports to documented requirements andspecifications of varying complexity.

·Strongverbal and written communication skills.

·Abilityto work independently as well as collaboratively.

Desired Skills:

·CrystalReports

·Experiencewith TOAD

·MicrosoftPower BI

·Knowledgeand Experience with Azure SQL

Minimum Education:

·Bachelor’sDegree Required.
