Genesis Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO/PS SolutionConsultant to perform an SAP Assessment and initial solution design for aclient in South Carolina. Join our team and utilize SAP solutions to analyze,design, deliver and support applications for our clients while leveragingconcepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe. Our clients are some of the world’sleading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects tobuild and support technical solutions for their needs. 

Duties andResponsibilities:

• Evaluation of Client’s existing environmentto determine the feasibility of incorporating the remaining elements of departmentfinancial infrastructure into enterprise SAP landscape
• Analysis and benchmarking ofother SAP customers of similar scope
• Review of current systems to determinefunctionality currently needed, as well as identifying additional requirements.
• Determination of what SAPmodules can accommodate client’s requirements and what requires customdevelopment.
• Determination of anticipatedscope, schedule, and cost for potential transformation
• Understand business needs andrequirements, and to help develop and maintain the client relationship
• Build stakeholder consensus andensure everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and can understand thesolution being proposed
• Propose high level solutionarchitecture, with emphasis on integration architecture for SAP ECC6.0 ProjectSystems, Capital Projects, Federal Project Budgeting and Costing, ProjectBilling
• Document opportunities tooptimize SAP solution using SAP user-experience tools
• Manage the flow of cost andrevenue including assignment and management of cost and activity planningfunctions assignment and management of overhead allocation functions
• View actual costs by cost object(cost center internal order WBS etc.)
• View/manage variances betweenplanned cost and actual cost
• Performs system-wide analysisregarding the allocation of enterprise application functions
• Prepare and make presentationsusing MS PowerPoint and Visio to project stakeholders and management

Requirements

MinimumQualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of fulllifecycle, Systems Integration, SAP implementation experience
• 5-7 years’ experience in SAPFI, CO, and PS modules
• Ability to provide expert levelbusiness process guidance on SAP requirements and design.
• Strong organizational andcommunication skills and knowledge of SAP financial functional areas especiallySAP PS,CO, WBS and Billing.
• Experience designing/configuringbusiness processes in SAP CO, PS and FI
• Candidate must have expertisewith Public Sector Department of Transportation and FHWA Billing to integratefunctionality
• Experience in projectstructures, costing and funding, resource related billing and revenuerecognition
• 4 Years of design facilitationand leading Design Thinking sessions
• Experience performing SAPAssessments, formulating alternative analysis and creating target solutionroadmaps and architectures based on client future capability analysis

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Required
• Master’s Degree - Preferred 

Required Certifications:

• SAP Certified SolutionConsultant - Preferred
• SAP, SAFe, CSM certificationsdesired 

Other:

• Remote until Jan 2021; 1 weekper month travel there after
