Genesis AFC is Hiring a Direct Support Professional Near Tempe, AZ
We are seeking you to join our team! Tempe-Location- Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
Experienced individuals to coach, teach, mentor and provide 1 on 1 direct support to members with developmental disabilities and strong behaviors with round the clock care in a group home setting.
Performs personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, , and medical monitoring. Fosters positive relationships between DSP and individuals served.
This includes direct care of program individuals and implementation of individual support plans (ISP) and behavior plans (BP). Direct Support Professionals are required to perform all duties in accordance with DDD Standards and regulations and company policies and procedures.
Shifts 7am-3pm, 11pm-7am, 3pm-11pm
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- Level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
- Valid AZ driver's license and/or I.D. Card
- 3 Non family references
- Social Security Card
- 39 month MVD Report. (Eligible Drivers)
- Prevention and Support
- CPR/FA
- Article 9
- Medication Basics
- Incident Reporting
