Monday-Friday (Flexible Hours)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy in the client's home by applying all programs developed by the BCBA
• Electronically collect data during therapy session
• Communicate proactively with BCBA and caregivers
• Adhere to the ethical guidelines of the company and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Be reliable and dependable-your clients and team members will be counting on you
• Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with special needs
• Spanish speaking preferred, not required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check consistent with our company standards
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and be involved in physical floor play including bending and reaching.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
