Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
The Deposit Operations Specialist I is primarily responsible for managing the bank’s electronic document/ document image storage and retention and will serve as the administrator of the bank’s document imaging software. In addition, they will assist the deposit operations team in the timely completion of daily bank operations tasks as noted below.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Document Imaging: Ensure the following tasks are completed for all documents identified for electronic storage; may directly complete these functions as well as oversee other departments’ completion:
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to the Deposit Operations Team, and serve as backup for various functions, including (but not limited) to:
Remain current and adhere to GRB policies and procedures.
Actively participate in demonstrating the behaviors outlined in The GRB Experience.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma/ GED required; Associates degree preferred.
