Come join our team at Genesee Community Services. Spend your days doing meaningful work and help kids with Autism and other mental health or developmental disabilities learn and grow.

We work with clients not only in their homes and community but now have a center based ABA program working with clients 18 months to 5 years old (located in Brookfield)

What will you do?

• Coach, model and support clients
• Provide 1:1 treatment outlined in their individualized plan
• Work on social skills, self-care, motor skills, learning and academic skills and more!

We look for individuals who:

• Can work independently
• Are accountable
• Have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

What will you do?

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a health service field preferred (i.e. psychology, sociology, counseling, etc)
• 2000 hours of documented experience with children and/or adults with special needs
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation
