The District is situated between the beautiful Los Gatos foothills and the city of San Jose. The District occupies the southwest corner of Santa Clara County where its six elementary schools and two middle schools are nestled within seven square miles of family homes and neighborhoods.

Valid CA Credential authorizing service to provide speech therapy to identified children - Speech Language Services Credential
Completed Certificated application with requested documents.
