Position at Siena Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Full Time - $21.00 - $24.00 Per Hour Generations Healthcare is in search of an Admissions Coordinator to join our team.

Health Benefits for full-time employees offered 1st of the month following hire date. The primary role of the Admissions Coordinator position is to obtain required information to admit residents in an efficient, timely manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as directed.
Essential Duties (include but are not limited to) :
- Provide residents with admission information packet (., resident rights, notice of privacy practices, admissions contract, sign in packets for admissions, uploading insurance cards .
- Assist in interviewing residents / guardians / sponsors and obtaining required admission information and signatures.
- Maintain an accurate record of available beds.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- 1 year or more of Admissions Coordinator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Knowledgeable in the use of computers, data input / retrieval / output functions, etc.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public.
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
