Generations Senior Living of Lewiston a beautiful memory care community in Lewiston, Idaho is currently seeking a dynamic Assistant Wellness Director (LPN) to lead our quality improvement and wellness programs. Candidates should possess a passion for the quality improvement process and have experience in leading and managing teams. Candidates are responsible for the day-to-day management of a busy wellness department and for achieving or exceeding established quality measures.

This position will handle department oversight with the Director of Wellness, resident assessments, medication management and family interactions.

Responsibilities include:

- Ensure that policies and procedures are effective and enforced

- Monitor and document staff performance

- Monitor all medication orders and procedures - check in medications; review Med Pass

- Handle resident and family concerns

Requirements:

• Must be a registered LPN in Idaho State
• Previous experience in Assisted Living / Memory Care setting
• Have a passion for senior care
• Have fun at work with a great team!!!!

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
