Description

Rates vary based on benefits taken: Base rate is $17 per hour plus $2 shift differential. Waive full-time insurance benefit and keep your PTO or waive part-time PTO and start at $19 plus $2 shift differential on 2nd.

Requirements

of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois - NO WAIVERS ACCEPTED
• Must have an up-to-date flu vaccination receipt or bone fide religious or medical exemption
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• CPR Certified
• Must have knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS regulations as related to job duties
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
• Must conduct themselves with professionalism, and have a positive attitude
