As part of a team, this position will identify complex and multi-functional internal processes and build solutions that are reliable and scalable to work within the size and scope of the Company, ensuring proper integration with custom designed systems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Producing and proofing reports and marketing materials
Entry into the Claims System and Plan Profile System; completing all behind-the-scenes steps for clients or potential clients
Completes ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor and/or carriers
Resolves regulatory issues with assistance from supervisor
Suggest new solutions to handle unusual issues
Communication with Insurance Underwriters, Account Managers, and executive level management
Works with Proposals of Insurance and contracts to create underwriter and state compliant certificates/policies of insurance
Implements products in online systems by uploading documents and product tables, and testing those in multiple environments
Performs other duties as assigned
Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to focus and attention to detail
Good organization skills
Flexibility and open to changing priorities
Experience with Microsoft Suite
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as a part of team as well as individually
Self – starter able to perform with moderate to limited supervision
Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers clearly and concisely
Preferred Qualifications include:
Associate degree
A P&C or L&H license is a plus!
Experience in an office or insurance setting is helpful
Experience with Creative Cloud programs, specifically InDesign and Adobe preferred
Website Testing and API’s experience preferred

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
