GENERAL WORKFORCE is Hiring a Bilingual Office Clerk Near Jamaica, NY

Job Overview:
We are seeking an Office Clerk for a company in Jamaica, Queens. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing office support as well as customer service to ensure efficient office operations. This is a full-time position with regular office hours. Candidates must communicate in English and Spanish fluently

Duties:
- Perform general office tasks, such as preparation of documents, filing, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
