Job Summary

Position: Millwork Drafter

Established millwork and commercial casework manufacturer located in Lowell MA is currently seeking an experienced draftsperson to produce shop drawings. Ideal candidate would have experience in the commercial millwork field. Responsibilities and Duties

• AutoCAD experience is required
• Proficient in reading and understanding architectural drawings and project specifications preferred
• Communicate effectively with team members, including project managers, engineers and production personnel.
• Ability to produce detailed shop drawings of millwork and casework using AutoCAD software
• Spec and order hardware for job production (slides, hinges, pulls, etc.)
• Ability to work quickly with a strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fabrication and installation experience a plus
• Knowledge of AWI Quality and Design Standards a plus
• Full time in office only job position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
