General Description
General Stamping & Metalworks is a top fast paced metals fabricator producing various customer designed products for the automotive, agricultural, solar, structural, and other industries utilizing; CNC laser, CNC punch, press brake, stamping, robotic welding, and various other production processes.
The Quality Inspector’s priority is to support production, verifying processes are producing conforming parts to customers’ requirements through the utilization of various inspection methods.

Job Demands and Expectations
Quality Inspectors are expected to work independently managing time and priorities accordingly while maintaining the production flow and assuring quality. Inspectors shall have the ability to effectively communicate with production operators, supervisors, and engineers. Inspectors shall be capable of working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be available to work extended hours and weekends supporting the associated production shift.
