Job Responsibilities

  • Overall hands-on organization of the renovations team
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure renovations run smoothly
  • Schedule upgrades for units
  • Order materials
  • Ensure completion of HVAC unit repairs
  • Prepare units for move-ins
  • Repair and/or install all appliances as necessary
  • Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations
  • Maintain paperwork

Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in general building maintenance
  • EPA certification(s) are a plus
  • Have a vast knowledge of electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry, appliance repairs, and interior/exterior maintenance.
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
