We empower. We build. We help **.** As our IT Support Specialist, you will embody our mission by putting your own spin on our IT support offering. You will assist the Information Technology team with all aspects of technical support and be the office go-to person for IT needs. This includes, but not limited to user support, event support, computer setup, maintenance and service, assisting with networking maintenance and all other important technology needs we have here at SafetyCulture. Support groundwork IT tasks across our Kansas City and international offices

Provide a high level of customer service while supporting staff in a fast-paced environment. Support includes, but is not limited to, Macs (primarily), PCs, VoIP systems, audiovisual equipment and the variety of SaaS offerings SafetyCulture leverages in its operation

Assist in preparing and deploying Mac, Windows and Linux devices for staff, including re-deployment.

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose Windows 10 related issues, familiarity with MS Intune.

Understand and be able to effectively discuss services and software supported by IT

Willingness to take on feedback from your customers and implement solutions to continuously improve usage of IT services

Hardware and software asset tracking and inventory management

User management in SaaS tooling

Coordinate the repair and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, office printers and computing equipment with outside vendors

Provide on-site technical support at events, including team stand-ups, product demos, internal and external events.

Communicate frequently with end users looking for improvement opportunities

Document and update technology related instructions/procedures/knowledge articles as well as drive staff adoption of these.

Maintain support history by recording all requests in Global IT `Support Desk.

Passionate about making your customers happy and owning their experience with technology

Mac OS and Google Suite experience is a key selection criterion for the role.

Experience with JAMF Pro and MS Intune.

Experience troubleshooting Windows 10, Office 365 and performing basic SaaS tool admin

Experience effectively communicating and presenting technical concepts to management, peer group and staff

Experience with JAMF Pro, MS Intune and Okta is highly desired

Ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions and/or escalate to the appropriate expertise area

Lifting/moving equipment is required

Some travel may be required
