The Payment & Processing Specialist will be responsible for performing three primary functions, which are critical to client satisfaction and compliance / contractual requirements.

Analytical research must be engaged when handling these specialized accounts based on specific regulatory laws.

Secondly this individual will be responsible for tasks related to credit reporting. This individual will analytically investigate all consumer inquires, written, verbally and electronically submitted.

After investigation will provide a summarized analysis of account information based on CFPB and BBB complaints.

Lastly, this individual will be responsible for assisting with payment processing related tasks, invoice creation and custom client reports as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS : ?

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials, experience, and skills :

• 1-2 years of experience in detailed and analytical work.
• Solid knowledge of PC based programs to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for communication with all levels of staff.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple, often competing priorities at once.
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
