Job Details

• Weekly Pay Range: $1,939 - $2,155
• Start Date: 06/03/2024
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8 Hour Days
• Hours Per Week: 40

Job Requirements:

• Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy required
• 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Arizona PT license required
• BLS certification required
