• Shift: 8 Hour Days
• Hours Per Week: 40

Job Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in Homecare
• New Jersey Physical Therapy license
• BLS certification
• Current driver's license & car insurance

Will be required to provide patient care in the below zip codes:

• 08822, 08825, 08530, 08551, 08557, 08559, 08870, 08502, 08876, 08558, 08821, 08844, 08835, 08875, 08869,08876, 08890 and assist in 08450
