Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient vital signs
- Assist with procedures such as venipuncture, tube feeding, and phlebotomy
- Provide acute pain management and support for patients
- Utilize neonatal ventilators for patients requiring respiratory support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in OH
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital medicine
- Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions
- Strong knowledge of family planning principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
