Major Position Responsibilities
This position is a 1st shift position.
The supervisor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Supervise hourly employees.
- Must be capable of training, motivating, and organizing the workforce.
- Must have technical skills to provide guidance and direction for continual improvement projects.
- Will be responsible for the safety, quality, and efficiency of assigned processes.
- Counselling employees not meeting expected standards and to motivate the workforce and develop subordinates.
- Strong communication skills to communicate with employees and upper management
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 5 years of successful supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in production environment is required.
