Overview
Operates a variety of CNC production equipment to manufacture products to specifications by performing the following duties:
Major Position Responsibilities
- Operates CNC production equipment to produce products in accordance with requirements including quality and output following verbal and written instructions.
- Completes CNC equipment adjustments and tooling changes to maintain compliance with specifications and quality procedures.
- Inspects parts and documents findings on appropriate paperwork as needed.
- Records length of time and quantity of materials used for each job.
- Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas.
- Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations &Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to operate various CNC production equipment with proper training and instruction.
- Ability to use standard measurement equipment.
- Previous Manufacturing experience.
