* BA/BS or equivalent experience
* 10 years of experience
* 5 years specifically operating and managing Azure infrastructure.
* Must possess the required DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification(Security CE preferred)
* Experience provisioning and managing Azure infrastructure to include VMs, storage accounts, block storage, VNETs, Network Security Groups and custom roles/permissions
* Knowledge of DNS services, DHCP, Azure Key Management & Microsoft SQL Server
* Experience with managing Azure Active Directory
* Experience provisioning and managing Azure Virtual Desktop backend hosting & Azure IoT
Experience provisioning and managing Azure VPN Gateways, Azure Firewalls, VNET peering and Azure User Defined Routing.
* Understanding of on-premise to cloud connectivity using VPNs & Azure Express Routes
* Understanding of L2/L3 networking fundamentals
* Experience with managing & monitoring cloud-based infrastructure, security, and application environments Summary * Contributes to completion of specific engineering programs and projects
* Develops solutions to a variety of complex engineering problems
* Perform complex systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the end
* Oversees complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools
* Performs complex systems modeling, simulation, and analysis
* Performs continual maintenance and provides complex solutions for security, backup, and redundancy problems
* Prepares and maintains documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projects
* Maintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technology
* May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
